Where Can You Store or Send Luggage at Incheon Airport?

You can leave bags inside Incheon Airport, send them to your Seoul hotel the same day, or put them in a subway locker in Seoul. At Terminal 1, the ZIMCARRY counters store a large suitcase for 10,000 won per 24 hours and deliver one to accommodation from 35,000 won. Hand it over by 14:00 and it arrives from 16:00.

Going the other way, Seoul Metro’s T-Luggage takes bags at Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Hongdae or Gimpo Airport Station until 12:00 and has them at Incheon from 16:00 (16:30 at T2). That’s handy on a late flight when you want a free last day.

Our view: lockers look cheap but charge by the hour, so they’re the most expensive way to store a big bag for several days. For anything longer than a day, the airport counter wins.

Where are the luggage counters inside Incheon Airport?

Incheon Airport lists these storage and courier counters.

ZIMCARRY’s own store list names its T1 counters differently: West store (3F, inside Gate 13, 00:00–23:50), East store (3F, inside Gate 2, 07:00–22:00), and a third one on B1 next to the AREX all-stop ticket gates (07:00–22:00). Use the airport map to find them.

Incheon Airport’s train page also says T-Luggage bags are handled by Hanjin Express, opposite check-in counter B in T1 and opposite counter H in T2. Its own facility list doesn’t show Hanjin in T1 (the counter it lists near B is ZIMCARRY) and puts the T2 Hanjin counters by Gate 1, so check the counter on the day.

How much does it cost to store a suitcase at Incheon Airport?

ZIMCARRY’s three T1 counters charge by size, measured on the longest side. Pay up front at the counter. There’s no online booking for storage yet, and no refund once you’ve paid.

Storage is first come, first served on the day. ZIMCARRY warns it may stop taking bags early on weekends, public holidays and in January–February and July–August. Bags can stay until day 7. If you don’t collect within opening hours, you pick up the next day and pay extra.

Can I send my luggage from Incheon Airport to my hotel?

Yes, from ZIMCARRY’s T1 counters. Prices per suitcase, from the store pages:

ZIMCARRY says some areas cost more. Its general delivery page lists +5,000 won per bag for Gangnam, Seocho and Songpa in Seoul.

  1. Drop the bag at a T1 ZIMCARRY counter by 14:00. The West store takes bags from 00:00, East and AREX from 07:00.
  2. Deliveries leave the stores from 15:00. Bags reach accommodation from 16:00, in turn.
  3. Collect it at your hotel’s front desk. ZIMCARRY only delivers to a place you’re actually staying.

Check your hotel in ZIMCARRY’s accommodation search before you pay. Its general rules cap delivery at 30 km from the starting point, while the T1 store pages list their own prices for delivery into Seoul. The booking form shows whether your address is accepted, so check before you pay.

ZIMCARRY can refuse plastic or paper shopping bags, umbrellas, boxes and other fragile items, perishable or smelly things, anything that could harm others, and bags over a normal checked-baggage allowance.

How do I send luggage from Seoul to Incheon Airport on my last day?

Seoul Metro’s T-Luggage runs same-day delivery between its station counters and Incheon Airport. Book at tluggage.co.kr or register at the counter.

  1. Hand your bag in at Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Hongik University (Hongdae) or Gimpo Airport Station between 09:00 and 12:00. A T-Locker drop also works if it’s done by 12:00.
  2. Pick it up at Incheon Airport from 16:00. T-Luggage lists the airport receipt window as 15:30–21:00 at T1 and 16:30–21:00 at T2.

At least one end must be a staffed T-Luggage counter. Locker-to-locker delivery isn’t offered, and the service only covers Seoul Metro Lines 1 to 9. The cut-off for the opposite direction, airport to station, isn’t published: not officially confirmed — check before you go.

T-Luggage can refuse jewellery, gold, cash, cheques, laptops, phones, cameras, tablets, fragile or perishable items, original documents, art and live animals. It treats each bag as worth up to 500,000 won, which is also its maximum payout.

Where can I store luggage in Seoul stations?

You have two Seoul Metro options: staffed T-Luggage counters and T-Locker self-service lockers.

T-Luggage counters are at Seoul Station (B1, around Exit 1), Hongik Univ. (B1, around Exits 3 and 4), Jamsil (B1, Exits 3 and 4), Myeong-dong (B1, Exits 9 and 10), Gimpo Int’l Airport (B1, near the information center) and Jongno 3-ga (B1, Exit 6). They open 09:00–22:00 every day.

T-Locker has 5,557 lockers at 273 stations. Book and pay in the T-Locker app or at the kiosk by the locker. Lockers open 05:00–24:00, and you can’t store or collect outside those hours.

Items left too long are kept for up to a month, then donated or thrown away. Locker help line: 1877-1265 or 1670-4302 (06:00–24:00).

What does storing two big suitcases for three days cost?

Say you land on a weekday with two 28-inch suitcases (about 71 cm) and fly back out of T1 72 hours later. Using the published prices:

The airport figure assumes each extra day costs the same 24-hour rate. ZIMCARRY only says a later pickup costs extra, so confirm at the counter. The locker figure uses the published hourly rate with no daily cap shown, and assumes a 28-inch case fits the large locker.

So if you don’t need the bags in Seoul, leaving them at the airport costs less than half of any other option here. If you do need them, delivery costs about twice as much but saves you dragging them on AREX. On the way back you still take them to a T-Luggage station yourself.

Is there luggage storage at Gimpo Airport?

Yes. We found two, both run by operators rather than the airport.

  • T-Luggage, Gimpo Airport Station: B1 by the Line 5 gates, towards the international terminal, 09:00–22:00. Same prices as the Seoul stations above, and it’s one of the drop points for delivery to Incheon.
  • ZIMCARRY, Gimpo domestic terminal: 1F, inside Gate 2, opposite the post office, 05:00–21:00. Storage is 5,000 / 8,000 / 10,000 won (S / M / L) for the first 4 hours, then 1,000 / 2,000 / 2,000 won an hour, capped at 10,000 / 18,000 / 20,000 won a day.
